When will my order ship?
This depends on the delivery of the products. A large part of our range is available from our own stock, for these products: ordered before 15:00 and paid, same day shipping. This means that you already have the package the next day in Belgium, the Netherlands and neighboring countries is usually required. 1 extra day
For each product is listed or in stock, or if the delivery is longer.
The order will be dispatched when all items are in stock. You can submit a request to the customer for the products that are in stock to send. Already

Don't forget to include the filled in retour document in your returnpackage.
