The Shelltrans outer shell fits loosely over the inner structure and provides an extra layer of insulation. This construction ensures the necessary warmth for cool, foggy nights. In nice weather, the lower portion of the two-way zipper can be opened for ventilation. The head area is equipped with a mosquito net, which is fixed by loops. The mosquito net is then fixed in the face area with a zipper.
